4. Google Sign-In

Property information displayed through Newbuilds may be provided directly by property developers or retrieved automatically through integrations with third-party CRM systems used by developers.
Newbuilds acts as a platform for presenting and organizing this information. The relevant developer or other data provider is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and currency of the property information they provide or make available through their systems.
Property information may include, but is not limited to:
Prices and fees
Availability and sales status
Floor plans and specifications
Images and other media
Project information
Information may be updated automatically through integrations or manually by developers and may therefore change from time to time.
While Newbuilds takes reasonable steps to display information accurately, we do not guarantee that information supplied by developers or third-party systems is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Users should verify important information, including price, availability, specifications, and contractual terms, directly with the relevant developer or seller before making purchasing or other financial decisions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically collect data from the Service without permission.
